Recently it is observed that many eMandates have been rejected by various destination banks with reason "ESIGN corrupted or tempered".
The issue is faced by all the service providers & is not limited to NJ. The matter has been raised to NPCI for investigating the issue with Destination Banks. We are hopeful that the solution will be provided soon.
However we will have to reject all such eMandates as currently there is no provision at NPCI to reprocess the eMandates. Kindly request your client to submit fresh mandate.
